Question Design

Because all organisations have their own vocabularies and jargon each of our surveys is customised.  By getting the language wrong the results might be misleading.

Questionnaires are typically designed to find out what the organisations does well,  what and where are the problems and what can be done to ensure future decisions and actions are taken to benefit both the organisation and the employees.

Our questionnaires are designed to be completed easily and quickly.  Questions are checked for simplicity, ambiguity, bias and accuracy and where translations are needed they are done quickly and accurately by us.
