Management Reports

All clients receive a comprehensive management report outlining the key findings from the results.

The report to management indicates what should be done next, in terms of conveying a quick summary of results to staff and what are the strengths and weaknesses in the organisation.

It provides an engagement level, benchmarking and indicates where there are significant differences between locations or departments in the organisations.

The report contains graphs for easy reference and always includes at least five areas for action planning.
