Enviroment Policy

We take our environmental responsibilities seriously at AF Associates. Because of the nature of our work, employee and customer research, we can generate a great deal of paperwork. In addition to complying with all environmental legislation we adopt the follow processes on a daily basis:

  1. Seek to minimise the generation of waste by the provision of electronically generated surveys.
  2. Where paper surveys are required we ensure that our printers and suppliers help us to stay ‘green' by:
  • Keeping the number of hard proofs to a minimum
  • Using PDF files and email to reduce both paper usage and transport emissions
  • Running only alcohol free machinery
  • Ensuring all paper is only from sustainable sources
  • Using vegetable based inks
  • Using ink tins that are recycled
  • Using solvents that are disposed of in a responsible way
  • Recycling all waste paper

Continuous Improvement

We monitor and measure our environmental responsibilities and reassess everything we do in the light of changing technology, legislation and best environmental practice.
